She's got amazing personality 😍.
I've never dated. Yeah, right. For me there are too much differences beetwenn the film and the book ! I prefer the Little Women from 1994. This movie adaptation is just so timeless and beautiful. Its a literal classic. Im hoping that the 2019 version will have good things about it too, but I can already tell it wont be anywhere near as good as this one.
Im definitly an Amy and i like that she's defined as a slytherin. They call him Timmy but I think Timothee is more classy and as an artistic name. I approached this movie and the subsequent report on it with two strikes on me; 1) I am male, and 2) I haven't read the novel. If it comes to that I haven't read any of what we might call 'girl' novels, Anne of Green Gables, Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm, What Katy Did, and if any were filmed I didn't see them but I do know they EXIST, just as I knew Little Women existed before checking it out. If gorgeous beautifully shot rural settings make for good movies then this is a good movie. In a way it is reminiscent of the nod to Currier & Ives in Meet Me In St Louis except here the accent is rural rather than urban. I have to guess that someone on the 'creative' team has seen fit to make the action move back and forth in no apparent pattern which may well make sense if one knew the book. For instance it wasn't immediately apparent to me that Jo actually lived in New York for blocks of time rather than just travelling to see a publisher - it might also have helped to know the distances involved i.e. was it feasible to make a day trip to Ne York from the area of New England where the Marches make their home. I've already praised the camerawork and the acting is equally good with Laura Dern scoring heavily as the mother whilst Meryl Streep appears to have phoned it in for once.
I have the biggest crush on Timothee 😍. She is smart cute young sure irish poeple proud of her. Oh my, look at that drool between them. “youre not horrible” 💓. Having never read the book, seen the movie, nor watched the trailer until now: When I saw the 2019 trailer, I thought to myself Timothee Chalamet has the vibe of a young Christian Bale. Only to be dumbfounded that Christian Bale actually played the same character 25 years earlier in this movie. Omg she is Soo beautiful and cute 😍❤️.
I fell in love with them when I was reading the book and I could never get over the fact that she doesn't love him that way. I like Amy and the movie makes me like her relationship with laurie a little bit more but in the book I never felt it. laurie and jo would have so much fun as a couple, it wouldn't be boring for a second. I just really wish they would've ended up together 😭.
I really hated Laurie and Amy together and wanted Laurie to be with Jo but now i think professor Bhaer and Jo are good together. One of the best scenes in the movie.
Where i can watch this? 😭. I love her accent so much. “oh interesting”🥰. If “white savior complex” is ever found in a dictionary, there would be a poster of the Blind Side next to the definition. “Like my little pony or something like that” come on kimmel. you can do better than that. Helena got milk. God damn. She's awesome. Timothée Chalamet could run me with a truck and I would thank him. Love them. I feel like adaption is a much more logical noun form of adapt. Anybody else deeply in love with Timothée Chalamet. This film is already one of my fav films. SO GOOD. And the printing press. we have one in our art room. on the 3rd floor. ITS PURE IRON. they must of used a crane to get it up there. She says she has no way of earning her own money and yet her own sister is in NY making HER OWN MONEY.
